Cougar Council is the VCHS student council body comprised of junior and senior high students. Regular meetings are held and students organize and plan activities and events for the student body throughout the year. Senior high students elect their executive positions at their first meeting in September. Junior high members are classroom representatives that apply to represent their class. Executive members of Cougar Council represent the student's voice and provide feedback to school administration. The president attends and presents a report at the Vegreville Composite High School Parent Council meeting.
Cougar Council members are leaders that enhance the experience for students at the school.
